visiting or using the Boatvids's site (www.Boatvids.com) or other Boatvids
services ("Boatvids Services" or "Services"), you agree to
be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service"
or "Terms"). The Boatvids Services contain many web pages
("Content Pages") with content that is dynamically assembled based on
searches, link referrals, user activities, and more.

Only: The Boatvids Services are

All personal information provided to Boatvids through this site will be handled
according to Boatvids's Privacy Policy which is expressly incorporated herein.

Boatvids is not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. Any
person who provides their information to Boatvids through the account creation
page for new customers or any other part of the Boatvids site represents to

Acceptable
Content: Boatvids may only be
used for lawful purposes by users to tag, rate, post comments, and other
content; invite others to Boatvids; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments,
questions, or other information. You may not create or post data, to or on
Boatvids that (i) is in violation of any law; (ii) infringes the intellectual
property rights of others or violates the privacy or personal rights of others;
(iii) is defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, objectionable, threatening or
otherwise injurious to third parties; and (iv) consists of, or contains software
viruses, political campaign messages, commercial solicitation, chain letters,
mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail

hacking and other applications:
Users of Boatvids agree not to use any web robots (bots'), web crawlers,
data-mining, or similar applications to submit links to, post on, gather and
extract data from, or otherwise use the Boatvids site. You may not attempt to
gain unauthorized access to any Boatvids Services, user accounts or computer
networks through hacking, password mining or any other means.
Content Removal and
Termination
Boatvids reserves the right,
but not the obligation, to remove or edit any content that violates these Terms
or is otherwise objectionable. The permission to access and use Boatvids shall
automatically terminate if you are in breach of any of these Terms. Boatvids
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to Boatvids
at any time without notice.

by Boatvids
The sites displayed on Content
Pages or linked to by Boatvids Services are developed by people over whom
Boatvids exercises no control. The links that appear within Boatvids are input
by Boatvids users, and Boatvids cannot and does not screen the sites before
including them on Content Pages. A Content Page or a search using Boatvids
Services may produce search results and links to sites that some people find
objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that a Content
Page will not generate unintended or objectionable content and assume no
responsibility for the content of any site included in any content page or

for any violation or against any third party claim, damages or demand, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, relating to or arising out of your violation of
these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may modify or terminate our
Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, without
liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to
